AE Texas Matrix Guidelines for ERCOT

• Tax Identification numbers (EIN) are required for all ERCOT Matrix contracts. Contracts without a tax identification number will not be countersigned or booked.
• Small commercial customers MUST be provided 3 documents: Agreement Summary, EFL and YRAC.
• **Small Commercial Customer means a non-residential customer that has peak aggregate demand of less than 50kW during any 12-months period.
• Contracts must be executed on AE Texas Standard Contract Forms.
• Matrix Prices do not include TDSP charges or taxes.
• Matrix Prices do not include a broker fee.
• Prices only apply to contract lengths, congestion zones and utilities included on this sheet. Contact AE Texas for custom pricing.
• Contracts must be received by 4pm CST on the effective date to be accepted, otherwise, the price will need to be refreshed on current day curves.
• Multi-ESIID contract submissions must be by uniform utilities, congestion zones, load factors and contract length. For aggregated pricing, please send in for custom pricing.
• AE Texas reserves the right to reject contracts for market movements and credit reasons.
• **This matrix is not intended for customers with seasonal or irregular load shapes or customers with less than 12 months historical usage. Each deal is subject to AE Texas review and approval. AE Texas reserves the right to reject contracts for market movements and credit reasons.
• **If AE Texas has custom priced a customer and/or set of meters, those meters are no longer eligible for Matrix pricing.
